• Account Information: When you register, we collect your username, email address, and a hashed version of your password.
• Professional Profile Information: To generate resumes, you will provide professional and personal details, including your full name, phone number, location, work experience, educational background, skills, certifications, and project history.
• Job Application Details: For each resume you create, we collect and store the job title, company name, and job description you are targeting.
• API Keys: We may collect API keys from you to facilitate integration with third-party services.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account.
• To provide the core service of generating tailored resumes.
• To connect with third-party services at your request, such as Google Drive.
• To manage our points system and track your usage.
• To communicate with you regarding your account or support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

Google AI API

The content of your profile and the job description you provide are sent to the Google AI API to generate your resume. This token is encrypted for security. We do not control how Google processes this data. We encourage you to review Google's Privacy Policy.

Google Drive

If you choose to connect your Google Drive account, we will store an authentication token to save files on your behalf. This token is encrypted for security. We only request permission to create files in a specific application folder and do not access any other files or folders in your Drive.

4. Data Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no electronic transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information at any time through your Profile page. You can also disconnect third-party services through the Connections page.
